N&T Healing was created from a simple understanding:
stress lives in patterns- and those patterns can be changed.
Through a brain-based, nervous system-focused approach, I work to identify and rewire the underlying stress patterns that keep the body in cycles of anxiety, burnout, and dysregulation.
When those patterns shift, the body is able to return to balance and heal naturally. This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about changing what’s driving them.
My work is rooted in both personal experience and deep study of the mind-body connection.
Like many of the people I work with, I saw firsthand how stress can live in the body and how traditional approaches don’t always create lasting change.
That led me to explore the relationship between the brain, the nervous system, and healing at a deeper level- where patterns, not just symptoms, are addressed.
