ABOUT Francesca

I See Patterns.

I’m Francesca Doering, founder of N&T.

My work is built around a simple observation:

How you feel rarely exists in isolation from how you live.

Stress, responsibilities, relationships, nutrition, recovery, environment, emotional demands, and the patterns we repeat all place demands on us.

I became interested in what happens when we stop looking at each piece separately and start asking a different question:

What is consuming your capacity?

That question became the foundation of N&T.

Through the Capacity Lens

I look for patterns.

With individuals, that may mean looking at what consistently drains energy, where stress accumulates, what changes when life becomes more demanding, and what the body may be asking for.

With organizations, I apply the same lens to leadership, workload, communication, decision-making, emotional demand, and the systems consuming a team’s capacity.

The scale changes. The lens doesn’t.

I want to understand what is requiring energy, where capacity is being lost, and what could change to create more room for recovery, resilience, and vitality.

Why I Created N&T

I wanted more from health than waiting for something to go wrong.

I wanted to understand the body I plan to live in for the rest of my life and the conditions shaping how well it functions along the way.

That curiosity changed the way I looked at wellness.

Instead of only asking:

What symptom are we trying to get rid of?

I became more interested in:

What patterns surround it?
What changed before it appeared?
What keeps repeating?
What can change now?

That same curiosity eventually expanded beyond individual wellness.

Because people aren’t the only systems that lose capacity.

Families do.
Teams do.
Leaders do.
Organizations do.
Communities do.

And once we can recognize the patterns consuming capacity, we can begin making different decisions about where energy goes and create better conditions for what comes next.

My Approach

I combine observation, conversation, complementary wellness practices, and pattern recognition to help people understand the conditions surrounding how they feel.

My background includes training in naturopathic wellness, holistic nutrition, neuroscience-based coaching, Reiki, BioEnergetics, and other complementary approaches.

But I don’t believe a list of credentials or a single modality is what makes this work valuable. The value is in the lens.

I listen.

I observe.

I look at the whole picture.

And rather than assuming I already know the answer, I stay curious about what your individual patterns may be showing us.

My role isn’t to diagnose you or replace your healthcare team.

It’s to help you see what can be difficult to recognize when you’re standing inside your own life.

I don’t want people dependent on me to tell them what their bodies need.

I want them to become more aware of themselves.

To recognize when their capacity is changing.
To notice what consistently drains them.
To understand what helps them recover.
To become more intentional about the conditions they’re creating for the body and life they want in the future.

Vitality isn’t something we suddenly start thinking about when we’re older. We’re building the conditions for it now.

N&T

N&T is a capacity and vitality practice serving individuals, organizations, and communities.

Whether I’m sitting across from one person or observing an entire organization, the work begins in the same place:

See the patterns.

Because once you can see what’s consuming capacity, you can begin deciding what deserves to change.

Create more capacity. Build vitality.
