What to Expect During Your Session

If you’re new to frequency-based sessions, it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what the experience will be like.

At N&T Alternative Medicine, every session is designed to be calm, structured, and personalized to you.

Before Your Session

We begin with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling that day. This may include:

  • Your current energy levels

  • Stress or tension you’ve been experiencing

  • Sleep quality

  • Any specific concerns or goals

This helps guide the focus of your session.

During Your Session

You’ll be comfortably seated or lying down in a quiet, relaxing environment. Your session will involve frequency-based methods designed to support:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Relaxation and recovery

  • Energy balance

Most clients experience the session as deeply calming.

You may notice:

  • A sense of relaxation or stillness

  • Reduced mental chatter

  • Physical ease or release of tension

  • Subtle shifts in how your body feels

Every experience is different, and there is no “right” way to feel during a session.

After Your Session

After your session, we take a few minutes to check in on how you’re feeling. Some clients notice immediate shifts, while others experience more gradual changes over the next 24–48 hours.

You may notice:

  • Improved sense of calm

  • Better sleep

  • More consistent energy

  • Feeling more balanced overall

We may also recommend next steps if additional sessions would be beneficial.

A Simple, Supportive Process

There’s nothing you need to do to “prepare” or “perform” during your session. Your role is simply to relax.

Our goal is to create an environment where your body can shift out of stress and into a more balanced state.
