As a certified professional in Movement Therapy, BioEnergetic Bodywork, and Vibroacoustic Therapy, offering clients a deep, restorative approach to physical and energetic realignment. She is a PT-Corrective Exercise Specialist, who blends her expertise in physical rehabilitation with energy medicine, giving the body both the structure and flow it needs to heal completely.

When the energetic body is released from stored emotions, trauma, or imbalance, our physical body must realign to hold that shift. Lisa’s services are designed to bridge the gap between energy healing and physical form, helping the body integrate healing at the cellular, muscular, and fascial levels. Movement Therapy- Sessions focus on realigning the physical body to restore natural posture, relieve pain, and retrain functional movement patterns. Especially beneficial for those recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or postural imbalances, this work allows your body to operate in harmony again.

BioEnergetic Bodywork-A beautiful fusion of fascia massage, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki, Lisa’s hands-on sessions target stored tension and stagnant energy in the physical and energetic bodies. She uses intuitive touch and deep fascial work to open up the body’s healing channels, restore circulation, and clear emotional holding patterns.

Vibroacoustic Therapy Bed- uses low-frequency sound vibrations to harmonize the nervous system and stimulate deep healing on a cellular level. These sessions help regulate the body’s natural frequencies, reduce inflammation, calm the mind, and support energetic integration.
